SAFETY AND SANITATION

We are elevating our industry-leading standards to an even higher level during this unprecedented situation. Our updated safety and sanitation protocols were designed to meet and exceed the guidelines from the CDC, state and local authorities. We will continue to adjust our business practices as needed and ask for your patience and cooperation during this ever-changing process. Right now, club opening statuses vary across the country, with some having limited capacity and others with amenities still closed, but we wanted to share our national reopening protocols. Your General Manager may have already communicated these if your Club is in the process of reopening. 

 

Below is an overview of our commitment to an even higher standard of cleanliness and protocols within our operations. This represents ClubCorp’s National Standards and Protocols. All local and state guidelines will be followed, so specific procedures may vary from the guidelines below. The steps we’re taking on sanitizing, social distancing and Employee training and preparation are critical to our efforts to take care of our Employees and Members, and provide the home-away-from-home you enjoy. We know for this to be successful we must do it together, and we ask you to help us by following the guidelines that apply to you as well.

  • Social distancing of at least 6 feet is required and will be actively monitored and enforced

  • Groups of no more than 10 individuals will be allowed for social gatherings as long as the social distancing requirement of 6 feet, or local guideline, is followed

  • Employees are required to wear masks inside the Club and when disinfecting equipment and high-touch areas

  • Temperature checks will be done on all Employees daily prior to their shift

  • Employees with a temperature of more than 100.4 or exhibiting any signs of illness are not permitted to work

  • All Employees will go through COVID-19 service and sanitation training

  • Employees will follow all CDC guidelines

  • High-touch surfaces will be wiped down with disinfectant spray or wipes regularly throughout the day

  • Golf carts and range balls will be cleaned and disinfected after each use

  • Bag room areas will be cleaned and disinfected regularly

  • Restrooms in the Club and on the course will be cleaned and sanitized regularly

  • Equipment on display will be wiped down regularly with disinfectant wipes or spray

  • Locker rooms will be monitored, cleaned and disinfected regularly

  • Housekeeping/Facilities/Fitness staff will disinfect equipment throughout the fitness centers

  • Additional disinfecting measures will be taken in aquatic areas

  • Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the Club, including the reception area, dining venues, pro shops and outside service areas

  • If open, dining areas and pro shops will have limited capacity based on each State’s guidelines and social distancing of 6 feet will be mandated

  • Members and Guests are not required to sign tickets

  • Dining areas and the pro shop will have proper spacing of fixtures to allow for social distancing

  • We encourage Members to wear masks in community areas throughout the Club

  • Dining party size will be limited per table to allow for social distancing

  • Capacity limits are based on the actual square footage of the space and will follow local and state guidelines

  • For most clubs, reservations are recommended and we ask that you limit your stay so we can accommodate more of our membership

  • Our menus will be disposable and discarded after each use
